Privacy notice
What we collect on this website, why, and how to reach us about it.
This notice is issued by Aakarsh Hospitality ("we"), which runs Hotel Aakarsh Inn, Tiruchanoor Road, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. It applies to aakarshinn.com. Last updated 15 September 2026.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, mobile number, optional email, dates, number of guests and your message. We use these only to reply to you and to hold a booking if you ask us to.
- Bookings: online bookings are processed by the hotel's booking engine (eZee, by Yanolja Cloud Solution) on its own pages. Its privacy terms apply to payment and guest details you enter there.
- The map on our location page: that page shows a Google map, and it loads with the page rather than waiting for you to ask for it. Your browser has to fetch the map from Google, so Google receives your IP address, basic browser and device information and the address of the page you are on, and may set its own cookies inside the map frame. That is covered by Google's privacy policy. We do not see any of it, and no other page on this site loads the map.
- Analytics: with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. Without consent, we rely on cookieless page counts only.
- Calls and WhatsApp: when you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we keep the conversation only as long as needed to serve your stay.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your details with advertisers. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months. Booking records are kept as required by hotel and tax regulations.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. Write to [email protected] or call the front desk.
Cookies
Our own pages set no cookies. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the notice at the bottom of the page, and you can change your choice at any time from that notice. The one exception is the Google map described above: on the location page Google may set its own cookies inside the map frame.
