Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 12:00 noon; check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in is offered when a room is ready; ask the night before if you arrive on an early train. Late check-out may carry a charge.

Identification

A government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, voter ID or driving licence) is required for every adult guest at check-in. Local ID is accepted. Policy on unmarried couples to be confirmed.

Children and extra beds

Children under 5 stay free using existing beds. Extra beds are available on request in Superior and Suite rooms at a charge per night. Tell us the ages of children when you book so we can set the room up.

Cancellation and refunds

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in for standard rates. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged one night. Festival dates may have stricter terms shown at the time of booking. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Payment

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and cash. GST invoices are issued on request with the company name and GSTIN.

House rules

• The hotel is non-smoking inside rooms and corridors.
• Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
• Visitors are welcome in the lobby; only registered guests may stay in rooms.
• Quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM, out of respect for guests leaving early for darshan.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Damage to rooms or property is charged at cost.

Parking

Free parking on site for guests, subject to space. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.
