A family-run hotel, opened in August 2026

Aakarsh Inn is thirty-two rooms over five floors on Tiruchanoor Road, built and run by one Tirupati family — for pilgrims heading up to Tirumala, and for the families, couples and work visitors who come to Tirupati for everything else.

01 The road

Why the family built on Tiruchanoor Road

Aakarsh Inn was built on the road Tirupati has been growing along: a plot with its own parking and Starbucks next door, on the way out to Tiruchanur, where most families go after Tirumala.

The Taj and the Courtyard by Marriott are our neighbours on this road. Aakarsh Inn is a much smaller hotel. It was built for what a family needs at the end of a long journey: a cool, clean room, a car parked off the road, a kettle and two bottles of water, and no charge for things the family will not use.

There is no restaurant inside the building. Creamstone has the ground-floor unit downstairs, Starbucks is next door, and the road's vegetarian kitchens are a few minutes' walk away.

02 The building

Five floors, thirty-two rooms

Aakarsh Inn opened in August 2026 with four kinds of room, from the 130 sq ft Standard Room to the 342 sq ft Suite Room. Every fitting in the building is new.

Every room size is published in square feet on its own page, because a photograph will not tell a family of four how much floor they are getting. The lobby looks onto the road; the landings upstairs look the other way, over the scrub and the water towards the hills.

Who runs Aakarsh Inn

Aakarsh Inn is run by P N Aakarsh. He and his family built it on Tiruchanoor Road and opened it in August 2026 — for pilgrims travelling up to Tirumala, and just as much for families, couples, wedding parties and people here for work.

04 The promise

What the hotel promises while it is still new

Aakarsh Inn has no years of reviews to show yet, so here is the short list we hold ourselves to.

  • The rooms are exactly as photographed. Every size is published in square feet.
  • Distances are measured by road from our own door, and checked every quarter.
  • Someone answers the phone at the desk, and replies on WhatsApp.
  • Best rate when you book direct.
  • Nothing is listed as a facility until the owner confirms it.
